Spicy Buffalo Chicken Bake

This spicy buffalo chicken dip is the perfect appetizer that is a sure crowd pleaser. It’s quick and easy to make and is great on raw veggies, crackers, or pita chips.


  • 11.5 ounces cream cheese
  • ¼ cup Buffalo Hot Wing Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Better Than Bouillon® Chicken Base
  • ¾ tablespoon all purpose flour
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked, chopped
  • ½ cups cracker crumbs


  • 1. In a mixing bowl whip cream cheese until soft.
  • 2. Add hot wing sauce, Better Than Bouillon® Chicken Base, flour and cooked chopped chicken and mix well.
  • 3. Place cream cheese mixture into a suitable baking dish for serving.
  • 4. Top mixture evenly with cracker crumbs.
  • 5. Place into a preheated 375°F. oven for approximately 20 minutes or until cracker crumbs are golden brown.
  • 6. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 2 – 3 minutes.
  • 7. Serve with crackers or cut vegetables for dipping.
