Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned pepper
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 8 whole chicken legs
  • 1 Better Than Gravy Organic Gravy Mix for Chicken

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • 2. In a large bowl mix 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 2 teaspoons sea salt, 1 teaspoon seasoned pepper, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon dried oregano and 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar.
  • 3. Add 8 whole chicken legs to the bowl and coat with the marinade.
  • 4. Place the bowl into the refrigerator and marinate the chicken for 45 minutes.
  • 5. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place onto a greased baking sheet.
  • 6. Place the baking sheet directly into the oven and bake for 40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • 7. Carefully remove the chicken from the oven and serve immediately with the Better Than Gravy Organic Gravy Mix for Chicken, prepared according to the package.
