Mushroom Stuffed Turkey Cutlets

Make any day a holiday with our Mushroom Stuffed Turkey Cutlets and our irresistibly delicious turkey gravy.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 oz gourmet mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup of panko breadcrumbs
  • 8 – 1 pound turkey cutlets
  • 1 Better Than Gravy Mix Flavored with Turkey

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • 2. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil and 2 tablespoons unsalted butter to a medium sauté pan over high heat.
  • 3. Add 4 oz gourmet mushrooms, chopped and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  • 4. Add 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley, ¼ teaspoon kosher salt, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper and continue to sauté for 30 seconds.
  • 5. Remove the mushrooms from the heat and add ½ cup of panko breadcrumbs and stir to combine.
  • 6. Take 1-pound turkey cutlets, about 8 cutlets and lay each turkey cutlet out flat onto a greased baking sheet. Season each cutlet with salt and pepper.
  • 7. Add 1-1 ½ tablespoons of the mushroom stuffing to each cutlet. Roll each cutlet starting with the short end and place seam side down onto the baking sheet.
  • 8. Place the baking sheet directly into the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  • 9. Carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven. Serve the cutlets immediately with the Better Than Gravy Mix Flavored with Turkey, prepared according to the package.
