Garlic Marinated Chicken Breasts

The garlic marinade is super simple and has tons of flavor. We suggest chicken breasts but you can use any type of chicken you have on hand.


  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts with skin
  • 1 Better Than Gravy Mix Flavored with Chicken


  • 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • 2. Add 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, 1 teaspoon vinegar, and 1 tablespoon olive oil to a large bowl.
  • 3. Add 4 boneless chicken breasts with skin and toss to coat.
  • 4. Place the bowl directly into the refrigerator to marinate for 20 minutes.
  • 5. Remove the chicken from the bowl and place into a greased 9x13 inch pan.
  • 6. Place the pan directly into the oven and bake for 35 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • 7. Carefully remove the pan from the oven. Serve the chicken immediately with the Better Than Gravy Mix Flavored with Chicken, prepared according to the package.
