Fire Roasted Vegetable Beef

Shore Lunch Fire Roasted Vegetable Soup is a chef-inspired blend of vegetables and select seasonings that cook up fast and delicious. For the meat lovers, ground sirloin is a recipe add-in that is easy and delicious with a bit of a kick!


  • 1 pouch Shore Lunch® Fire Roasted Vegetable Soup Mix
  • 1 pound thawed, ground sirloin
  • 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can petite diced tomatoes, undrained


  • 1. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
  • 2. Add sirloin, cook and stir until bite-size crumbles are done, about 10-15 minutes.
  • 3. Drain on paper towel; set aside. In a soup pot, bring 8 cups of water to a rolling boil.
  • 4. Stir in Fire Roasted Vegetable Soup Mix, tomato sauce, tomatoes and cooked ground sirloin.
  • 5. Bring back to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  • 6. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, until done, about 25 minutes.
  • 7. Soup may thicken when refrigerated. When reheating, add water if desired.
