Chicken Noodle Casserole

This delicious casserole features chicken, veggies, and noodles, topped with buttery breadcrumbs.  It’s a hearty meal you can make in less than an hour.

Ingredients

  • 1 -16 ounce package egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 Better Than Gravy Mix Flavored with Chicken
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 cups cooked diced chicken
  • 10 ounces mixed frozen vegetables
  • 1 cup crushed butter flavored crackers (about 20 crackers)
  • ¼ cup melted butter

Instructions

  • 1. Cook 16 ounces egg noodles according to package instructions.
  • 2. In a separate large cooking pot, melt 2 tablespoons butter.
  • 3. Add 3 cups milk, 2-Better Than Gravy Mix for Chicken packets, 2 cups water, and bring to a boil.
  • 4. Remove from the heat. Add 4 cups cooked diced chicken and cooked noodles, and 10 ounces mixed frozen vegetables to the gravy mixture.
  • 5. Pour mixture into a casserole dish. In a small bowl, mix 1 cup crushed butter flavored crackers (about 20 crackers) and ¼ cup melted butter; sprinkle over top.
  • 6. Place in a preheated 350˚F oven and bake for 30 – 35 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
