Beef Burgundy

Finally, a fabulous Beef Burgundy recipe created especially for the slow cooker.  Add a splash of your favorite dry red wine for more depth of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Seasoning Mix for Beef
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup Burgundy Wine
  • 1-2 pounds beef meat
  • 1 large onion (diced)
  • 1 8 ounce can of mushrooms (drained)
  • 1 package of egg noodles

Instructions

  • 1. Mix entire contents of Seasoning Mix for Beef packet with 1 cup of water and 1 cup of Burgundy Wine.
  • 2. Add 1-2 pounds beef cut meat into 2 inch cubes.
  • 3. Add 1 large onion (diced) and one 8 oz. jar of mushrooms (drained). Cover and cook on low setting for 7-8 hours. Do not stir; product will baste itself during the cooking process.
  • 4. Serve over cooked egg noodles, prepared according to the package
